Director of Strategy Implementation

We're hiring a Director of Strategy Implementation for our Strategic Planning department with the University of Chicago Medicine in Harvey, IL. This role can make a difference in the lives of the individuals who make it all possible.   The Director, Strategy Implementation reports to the VP of Strategic Planning and is responsible for managing a multi-year business cycle and key strategic projects, including margin management. Projects are often multi-year, transformational, and span multiple functions in the health system.  In addition, the Director will: Partner with senior leadership and consultants, as applicable, to plan and execute high impact strategic projects. Clearly define project scope, develop project plans, and set priorities for working teams. Ensure implementation stays on track by setting and measuring key metrics, facilitating working team meetings, identifying and helping to mitigate risks and issues and developing content. Support due diligence efforts and manage integration with key partners, as needed.   The Director will ensure alignment of the strategic plan with budgets and other key functions (e.g. Biological Sciences Division departments, major facilities projects etc.).  Additionally, the Director will ensure strategic plans are translated into actionable, quantitative and measurable plans, and will help to drive complex, project-based initiatives across the health system.  The Director will work with senior hospital and physician leadership to ensure successful execution of the strategic plan and its key initiatives.   Director of Strategy Implementation Education and Experience Requirements:  Must hold a completed Master's degree (MBA, MPH, or MHA specifically) from an accredited academic body. Must have a minimum of 5 years consulting firm experience focused on healthcare OR a minimum of 8 years of experience in a strategic planning or program management function within a large healthcare system. Strong program management skills and program management office experience is necessary. Strong communication & client management skills needed. Must have the ability to build strong relationships with senior leadership and lead through influence. Must have the ability to manage details while helping to set strategic direction. Needs to have strong story boarding and slide writing skills (strong PowerPoint skills). Needs to have strong analytical skills. Needs to have strong people management skills. Must be able to function well in an ambiguous environment. A PMP certification is preferred.00 physicians on staff. 2018-16399

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
